This required course exposes MA students from non-design backgrounds to a variety of design skills and approaches. The course is presented through a focused series of lectures and hands-on experiences, including visual thinking, craft modeling, research methods, human factors, teamwork, critique, presentation, writing, and preparation for professional design practice.
