I have coordinated and team-taught several executive education workshops on “Design Thinking” – providing participants with hands-on experience in design methods and processes. We have conducted workshop engagements ranging from a half day to three days, to staff from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Highmark, the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Moen, and Giant Eagle. We have also delivered courses to the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon, and through the Tepper School of Business to MBA students, the Leadership and Negotiation Academy for Women, and as part of the Kiev-IMI (International Management Institute) Summer Program.
